Whether it's a slip and fall, a trip and fall, negligent security, many times we will go out and do a forensic investigation at the beginning of a case and we'll actually hire architects and engineers to go out to the location to see what caused the defect and whether the property is up to code. Oftentimes, there are several different factors that contribute to causing a trip and fall or a slip and fall case, and those have to be nailed down right away through the use of forensic experts and investigators to go out and secure all the evidence.
